LiteRain contracts with PayPal to process your orders.
In this way you can be assured of the highest level of security and privacy when ordering on line. PayPal forwards only your e-mail address, shipping address, your order and any special instructions you specified when they process your order. No credit card info is transmitted.
You do NOT need to be a PayPal member and you do NOT need to join PayPal to use our shopping cart and checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS
We will send an e-mail confirming the receipt of your payment. If we have any questions regarding your order, we will include them in the confirming e-mail. Please watch for this confirmation.
SECURE SHOPPING CART AND CHECKOUT
LiteRain has teamed up with PayPal to provide you with a secure shopping cart and checkout. You do NOT need to be a PayPal member and you don't need to join PayPal to use our shopping cart and checkout. You will have the advantage of using the web's premier payment clearing house, knowing that your personal information is safe and secure. Your credit card information is kept secure by PayPal and is NOT transmitted to LiteRain.
In order to complete the transaction, the Check Out procedure will request your name, address and e-mail address. This information will be forwarded to us by PayPal. In addition, you have the opportunity to submit your phone number. This is NOT required and we will NOT solicit you via phone. We would call only if there was a question regarding your order

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES - To the Lower 48 States:Our Secure Shopping Cart will add the following Shipping and Handling Charges to your order automatically.
These S&H Charges apply ONLY to those purchases made though our Secure Shopping Cart and shipped to the Lower 48 United States.
Orders placed by any other means will be charged our standard shipping and handling fees.
These S&H Fees apply only to orders shipped via Standard Ground Delivery to the Lower 48 States.
Shipments to AK, HI, USVI, Puerto Rico and other US Territories, APO and FPO addresses may have additional shipping fees. Please e-mail us for a quotation on shipping your order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Each of our products is hand crafted after an order is received. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for production and delivery.
Sales Tax Orders shipped outside of Washington state are TAX EXEMPT. Orders shipped to addresses in Washington will have sales tax charged on the order total, including shipping and handling. Note that the Shopping Cart will assess 8.9% sales tax. If your local sales tax is LESS, we will send a cash refund with your order. If it is more, we will cover the difference for you.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied in any way please call us at (1-360-943-1363) or e-mail us and we will make it right.
All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date
Materials must be returned with the original packaging and all items must be in new, unused condition.
Please call or e-mail for a Return Authorization Number before returning items so we can handle your request more efficiently.
Shipping and handling fees are not refunded (unless the return was due to our error) and any additional shipping and handling required for replacement merchandise (again, unless it is our error) will be added.
Please include a note letting us know your Customer ID# and Invoice Number (both are on the invoice you received with your order) and how you wish to have us handle the return. If payment was originally made through our Secure Shopping Cart, refunds will be handled through PayPal with credit applied to the credit card used originally.
Returns that are not due to any error on our part may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

What credit cards can I use?
Our Secure Shopping Cart accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. The Check Out process will include verifying your credit card billing address, helping to prevent credit card fraud.
What if I'm NOT a PayPal Member? Will I have to sign up with them?
You do NOT need to be a PayPal member to use our Secure Shopping Cart. Anyone with a credit card can shop on line at LiteRain.net. After you have completed your check out on the secure server, PayPal will ask if you wish to become a member. You have the advantage of never having to re-enter your personal information again if you do become a member, but this is strictly optional.

If you are a PayPal member, when you go to check out, you will have the option of using your PayPal account to pay for your purchases.
What information does PayPal forward to LiteRain? PayPal sends us only the information we need to fill your order. Your name, address, e-mail address, phone number (if you filled in that blank), the materials you've ordered and the amount they charged to your credit card. They do NOT send your credit card or any other personal info to us.
We enter your name and address into our database and may, on occasion, send you mailings (via postal service or e-mail) to let you know of new products or promotions. You may opt out at any time. We do NOT solicit by phone and the only time we would use your phone number would be to call if there was a question about your order. No part of your personal information is ever shared with any other party.
